Placing an Order
Placing an order with I.M. Wear is easy. Either make your purchase on imwear.ca

Enter keywords for the item that you are interested in purchasing into the search box or simply browse through our categories and use refinements to narrow the results down to products that fit your needs. Click on the image of the item you would like to learn more about to get to the product detail page. Here you will find additional imagery, product description, available colours and sizes, customer ratings and reviews.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you are ready to make your purchase simply select size and colour (if applicable) and click the “add to cart” button. If you would like to continue shopping, just select any of the category tabs at the top of the site or on the imwear logo to get back to the home page.
You can access your shopping cart simply by clicking on the cart link at the top right of the site. Review the items in your cart to make sure they are correct and make any changes necessary. You can update quantities and remove items from your shopping cart here. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the “checkout” button.
Secure Online Shopping
Our website is secure and encrypted to protect any information you enter while ordering. We use the latest security measures to ensure your information is protected.
Enter a Shipping Address
Provide the address to where you would like us to ship your order. If the billing address differs from your shipping address, please uncheck the box that states “use this address for billing” below the address fields.
Choose Your Shipping Method
Select the appropriate shipping method for how quickly you would like to receive your order.
Provide Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through a secure Paypal service.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of the information entered and make any adjustments. When you are ready, click the “PLACE ORDER” button. Once your order is placed we will send you a confirmation email as well as an email notifying you when your order has shipped from our warehouse.
Due to the newness of this company, there is no sales tax added at this time.
You can check your order status any time by clicking the My Account link at the top of the site. You do not need to be registered to check on the status of your order.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Expedited small packet with tracking in Canada or US or Small Packet air without tracking. If you would like a faster alternative or more secure shipment please contact us.
Order Ship Time
In-stock items typically ship within 48 hours of order placement. If an item is not in-stock you will be notified of the possible time frame for it to arrive.
Order Delivery Time
Most orders ship via Express Post Delivery, unless an alternate method is chosen. The typical delivery time via this method is 5-10 business days.
In keeping with our mission to use environmentally friendly practices, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use only use new boxes or envelopes made of recycled materials. We also use recycled paper or 100% natural, corn-based biodegradable “peanuts” to help protect your order during shipping. Learn more about our eco-packaging here.
Oversized Shipping Charges
Because some large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. A surcharge is added to these items and will be noted on the product page as well during the checkout process. This charge is in addition to regular delivery fees.
Shipments Outside of Canada
At this time we only ship to Canada the United States and its territories. For product selection and availability outside of Canada and the United States, please contact I.M. Wear offices at email@example.com
Duty/Taxes on United States Orders
Duties and taxes are assessed by United States customs. We cannot tell you in advance what these fees might be nor do we assume any responsibility for these fees. You will be responsible for these fees and notified of the amount due at the time of delivery. Please note that a customer care member will be contacting you within 24-48 hours after the placement of your order to handle any additional shipping charges and discuss any additional shipping details with you.
I.M. Wear wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item at any time for any reason.

Once received your return shipping cost will be reimbursed along with your cost of the product and/or recalculated if it is an exchange.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the returned items and any taxes you were charged (excluding original shipping charges). Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.
